While residual gas analysis (RGA) is not performed as a standard part of our process, we offer it as an optional service upon customer request. When required, the RGA confirms the cleanliness levels of our bellows assemblies following our UHV level cleaning process and bake-out. This ensures our shipped components meet the specific purity standards required for use in ultra-high vacuum systems.
We are committed to ensuring the integrity and reliability of our products. We use non-destructive techniques to test our products allowing us to detect any potential flaws or weaknesses in materials or welds, without compromising on their functionality. Our testing process ensures that our bellows and components meet the highest standards of quality before they reach our customers, allowing us to provide products that are not only durable, but safe and reliable.
To meet the stringent cleanliness standards required for Ultra High Vacuum systems, we can offer a multi-step cleaning process that guarantees our bellows are ready for use in UHV environments.
We use an ultrasonic cleaning system to thoroughly remove any contaminants before baking the finished product in vacuum ovens to eliminate any residual gases or impurities. Once fully cleaned, the bellows are packed under a laminar flow hood to ensure they remain free of particulate contamination before shipment.

Our specialism in micro welding allows us to work on bellows with diameters of less than 5mm.
